Homebrew Need help installing cIOS

I'm trying to install cIOS38 rev17 but the installer doesn't let me choose IOS249.
I'm on 4.0E and tried IOS36 and IOS254 but it won't let me install.

Did you restore the trucha bug to IOS36? Find a guide if not

What's the error message?

Did you give the IOS you loaded cIOS installer with NAND write permission during the Trucha Bug restore process?
If you didn't do it again. If it still fails.
DOP-IOS-MOD IOS37 with all options => yes, load cIOS installer with IOS37 and install.

Are there any stubs installed? Dunno if 4.0E come with any stubs.

Anyway, run remove stubs in DOP-IOS-MOD.

The only stubs that come with it are old System menu IOSs (and myabe old shop channel IOSs too)
They don't need to be removed
