Homebrew Need help getting themehax installed

I successfully installed themehax on a different 3DS with the offline installer that I am using, but it won't work for mine. I also updated the ropbin payload for my version and put it at the root of the sd card. But here's the issue I am getting:

any advice? Do I need to download the otherapp payload as well and put that somewhere, or what? I didn't have to do that last time I don't think, but... I just need help, heh.

OK, thanks for letting me know. Do you know if there are any plans to make themehax work with 10.2+?
