Need help finding this console

The thing that caught my attention is that it claimed it could play .swf games downloaded off the internet. Its not there anymore so im thinking it was pulled off for false advertising. Does this actually exist ?

By that they usually mean .sfw videos or very simplistic files that take the whole game inside one single file. The Dingoo could do that, but I don't know if the homebrew scene for that handheld fixed anything.

I was thinking it might be the dingoo but it was about $30 , way less than any of the dingoo models
