Hacking Need help finding firmware for R4 card

Hi all, I have an R4 card which I was given very recently and was working fine until I stupidly formatted the micro SD card, now I just get a black screen saying can't open_dsmenu.dat. I must have tried about 20 different firmware files and still no luck.

Any help would be much appreciated! I will be gutted if I can't get it working haha

It is a white 2015 R4 SDHC Dual Core Smart Update card, I'm not sure if it's a clone card all I know is it was definitely working before the format and I've been trying every file with 2 Micro SD's just to be sure.

How is your SD Card formatted ?
And your sure the Flash/SDcard(s) worked before ?

Its formatted to FAT32, and yes they definitely worked before

I can't see a dsmenu.dat file in either of the files from before.

Ok we come near to the problem.The Flashcart "asks" for it but its not there.Hmm..

The only App/Tool which had a ds_menu.dat for I know was HBMenu for use with First NAND Backup/install Unlaunch when you make the Flipnote mod for HiyaCFW Install.

hmmm as I was given the card I honestly have no clue about that haha I was just hoping to try and find the kernel rather than just having to buy a new card but looks like that definitely might be the easier option haha

Well I've just tried the files for every folder and I've still had no luck unfortunately. But weirdly there are some folders which do have dsmenu.dat files in them, but still no luck

This cart can't use Retro's files because reasons. It does however run a hacked version of Wood R4. This should be the right kernel for your cart.
