ROM Hack Need Help: Chrono Trigger Translation

I'm bringing up that REALLY old topic again, but i'm trying to make (another) translation of CT.
First off all: thanks for that awesome program Chrono Translator, it makes it all really easy.

But mow i'm stuck at translating some Images(?) with the extension *ncg.bin and *ncl.bin
If I open them in notepad, they start with ncg or ncl.

I saw that someone who created a spanish patch was able to change them, so now I hope, that he (or anyone else) can help me!

I guess i’ll bring this back from the dead again to see if anyone who has experience with the tools here can help with my project of changing the font to be easier to read
