Based off what you've said, you want a H61 or H67 motherboard, not a Z68 motherboard. H61 are very cheap but often skip features such as USB3 and SATA3. H67 are fully featured but have locked over clocking. All of the above can use the Intel HD 2000/3000 graphics built in to the CPU.

Z68 motherboards are much more expensive and are only useful if you require over clocking and graphics together, or if you need to make use of the GPU and SSD virtualisation features/gimmicks introduced. Also, so far they actually have worse performance than the leading P67 motherboards (but those can't use integrated graphics).

If you plan to overclock the CPU, you'll need to invest in aftermarket heatsink and CPU fan.

Why Z68? You should like Originality suggested go with P67.

I also need to point out that GA-Z68A-D3-B3 is running as x16/x4 configuration. So if you plan on Crossfire or SLI (through hack) it'll not be performing well.

He needs the integrated graphics now and plans to over clock in the future. That means his only choice is a Z68 motherboard.

The best Z68 motherboard from what I've heard (reviews from trusted sources haven't come through yet) is the ASUS Maximus IV Extreme Z. Every other Z68 board reviewed so far has had serious shortcomings compared to P67 motherboards.
