Hacking Need Help & Advices Regarding PSP CFW

Hi guys,

It has been a while and I apologized if I posted this topic to the wrong place but I need some help and advices.

I recently scored myself a PSP 1000 (Phat/1st generation) and it came with original Sony firmware 6.61. My question is, how do I get Custom Firmware 6.61 ME-2.3 onto my PSP?

2: run it
3: there's no step 3!
