Hacking Need help accessing ftp

I am using ark with one menu on 3.55 and I'm able to run the ftp client on the ps vuta and it's giving me the address ftp://192.168.0.16/ I tried putting it into filezilla but it won't connect. Any help here would greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Use an anonymous connection and set the port to 21.

Or, even better, use WinSCP. That's a perfect choice for an FTP server! I'd say it's even better than FileZilla!

It keeps saying connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity and could not connect to server. Is there any way to install ark and tn-v11 at the same time on 3.55 cause I'm trying to access ftp to install it.
