Hacking Need Help about video format .PMF

Currently I am working on the Toukiden Kiwami project, and I am having troubles with the Cutscene. Because the cutscene font does not support English, so I want to edit it directly on Cutscene. Cutscene is in .PMF format. (ﾟ∀ﾟ)

So I'm looking for a tool that can convert it from .AVI and convert to .PMF easily. If anyone has it or any guide, please let me know. Thanks (ﾟДﾟ)ﾉ

Oh! I has did Cutscene and it worked perfectly, but I had another problem, Cutscene when running in game very Lag, I wondered how to fix it?
