Hacking Homebrew Homebrew app Need clarification on sysnand and atmosphere

Ok so I just need some clarification on running atmosphere on sysnand and playing online

• should I even do it (yes I know a ban is possible with anything but scrolling through the forums it seems pretty safe?)
• do I enable exosphere
• what are the utilities of atmosphere and things like sysclk that would be safe
• can I install sigpatches, if not how do I put sigpatches in emummc but not sysnand atmosphere

Oh also do you absolutely need a 128GB+ sd to create an emunand on an OLED
