Hacking Need Assistance (I'm a tad bit stupid)

I can't seem to get a straight answer, so I'm asking here.

Can you, or can you not, downgrade with only a USB Stick from firmware above 3.55 to 3.55, or do you need a flasher of some sort?

E3 flasher for NOR models.
It also depends on how old your PS3 is.

As for the E3 flasher itself, idk google is your best friend on that.

No problemo.

The NOR clip is relatively easy.
Just make sure you apply it gently yet firmly.
It must make proper contact with the NOR so it can dump it properly.
