Could somebody please confirm if US Super Smash 3DS supports the Circle Pad Pro for similar functionality as the C-Analog on previous SSB?

I intend to buy one in case it does since it'll make the controls even more familiar to what we're all used to.

It does not. The reason, as stated by Masashiro Sakurai, is that it requires extra CPU power to support the CPP. And since SSB 4 already pushes the 3DS to its farthest limits, it was not possible.

You also can't use Miiverse.

For Miiverse and the 2nd Stick you'll have to wait for the Super 3DS.
