The one I bought on eBay is terrible, so I was wondering if there was anywhere that I could get a replacement one.

There are so many shells for DS Lites. You will have no problem getting a good quality replacement! Your only challenge is choosing from the vast selection. Some are bad quality, and others should be very satisfactory.

And if you bought the DS Lite new, then you have one year warranty coverage from Nintendo, and speaking from personal experience, their support is awesome.

I see them on amazon here in the USA, different colors from around $16-$30
