i found it here, a lot of the forwarders there are outdated because they don't use IOS58 but the wad manager forwarder should be fine.

SpaceJump made a generic forwarders that are using a config file to specify where you want to forward to.
I like using it, so I can change the path easily by editing the SD card's config file, without reinstalling the channel
The channel is a generic one (not special graphics that lets you know where it will forward to), but it does it job.

I complied the sources to dol.
Credit to SpaceJump, I only fixed the warning to compile with devkitppc_r26.

You need to inject that dol to your desired wad's channel. preferably to a channel with AHB access bit set in the tmd so all homebrew will work.
Then put the elf_dol_forwarder.conf file on the root of your SD card, and edit the path to forward to.
