Since you were at 3.1 you couldnt use Starfall until you upgraded to 3.2 first.

ether was happy to supply you with a program that would upgrade you to 3.2:

Then from there you could install starfall.

I didnt have to supply you with the app starfall as a simple use of the "Search" button on this forum would lead you to many different topics on how to install Starfall and how to brick proof yourself with it.

Learn to not be impatient, listen to what others have to stay, and to take the best course of action.

The best course, in this instance, was to not mess around with the VC inject, but to instead use the snes emulator that has been made for the Wii.
