Hacking need a step by step guide to dump nand(normal 3ds)(v4.5)

im really intrested in that hardware mod that lets you dump and write nand!
so what i want to know is:
1_what i need
2_what should i do(for normal 3ds not xl)
3_does this limit my 3ds from connecting to eshop for example
im not bad in soldering and i cant understand electrical circuit!

You can already start here:
Opening the console. But the solder points are for XL, so you will have to check the thread linked above for the non-XL soldering points.
