I know that there are billions of ringtone makers for iphone and same amount of video converters. What are the best ones? Can you recomend me some neat/fast/reasonably small programs?

Handbrake is good for video conversion to iPod/iPhone formats. Dunno about ringtones. Can you not just use an MP3? (I don't have an iPhone so I don't know)
