ROM Hack Need a little help with PD3DS

I tried posting in the original thread on Project Pokemon but nobody answered me, so I figured I should post here. I'm trying to randomize the games, but any time I try to click out of randomizing the wild encounters, it comes up with this error:

What am I doing wrong? I'm pretty sure nothing else is using anything involved here...

I installed NTR CFW, added a cheat plugin that only allows you to encounter pokemon not yet in your pokedex....and almost immediately caught a Charmander and a Mew!

I did what that person did, but it didn't work. I'm still getting the same error.

There's 2 sites. One is Chinese, the other is Spanish. I'm at school and don't have the links readily available, but I found them here in one of the NTR threads.

I also found THIS lovely post when I was trying to find the links for you!

Open it up in Chrome, right-click and Translate to English...it's not pretty, but decipherable
