What would be the point in increasing the screen size?

Well I remember reading somewhere that the new version was going to be for people over 40 so the screen size will be increased for them to see better I think.
And I don't think it will distort the image, look at the screen size between lite

and phat

.
I laso hope that Nintendo won't put a new firmware to avoid flashcarts or anything else that loads homebrew/roms.

I don't think that'll will effect it's target group that much then.

I think it's about changing the size of a pixel, so the resolution will be kept the same and you won't really notice much.

Wow. More of a reason to wait on getting a ds lite.
I got screwed with my phat ds. I got it like a week before the DS lite was announced
