NDSL R4 REVOLUTION 3 FOR DS help please

check if the site printed on the cart exists, if it doesn't, check in my signature you can use archive.org to get a cached version hopefully...

Depending on the webside printed on the cart, will determine the kernel you can use. But most R4 carts are DSTT clones and can use Retro's files

Please zoom in a little more or simply type out the URL on the cart.

Yeah, that site doesn't seem to exist anymore.
You will need to use Retro's files and I suggest following what was posted here to setting it up

try crystal solution, if that doesn't work:

use web.archive to check a cached version of the dead website

you can go forth and back in time, it's kinda hard sometimes to navigate because it's somewhat broken..
but hopefully web archive has the files cached and available
