Hacking NDSL Case Replacement Issue.

After buying a new case on the dealextreme site, I tried changing the case for my DS, which I really didn't have a problem doing. Once I was done and about to screw in the bottom, I realized that something was wrong. The bottom part of the case does not fit on right, and it seems as though something is blocking it from closing. I was hoping someone might have more experience in this and tell me if this is just a quality issue of the case or maybe something I messed up during reassembly?

some dsl have like a rubber glue substance over one of the chips check if urs has it. if it has got that piece of glue, i just pulled a little plastic part of the bottom of the new case, the plastic part i pulled off was like joint on to the pen slot
