Hacking NDS Web Browser on I touch ds

I can't seem to get it to work, theres a patch for it on http://www.simplepluseasy.com/ and i patched it but it still says i need the expansion RAM. I looked the patch tool on google and it says its for the M3(/G6?). is there a different patch for the I touch ds, or is that patch for i touch ds too? if it is, why isn't it working?

Yep, the browser only works with expansion RAM in slot 2. I use the EZ 3-in-1 but you can get the eWin expansion pack as well.
