I think a 2D mmo would be kinda cool. I'm thinking PSO, but with a top down 2D style similar to Zelda. The game mechanics of the Zelda engine could be used, everything would be in 2D so I think the DS could handle it. Then there could be lobbies and stuff, with Voice chat with people on your f/list or team. Top screen for gameplay, bottom screen for the menu.

Another good game I thought of would be Defender of the Crown from the C64 and IBM XT days. That would be a awesome game on the DS with updated graphics and gameplay tweaks.

I thought about the ocarina of time port suggestion.

Nintendo would seriously make Megabucks out of it. I mean who the hell doesn't want to play OOT on a handheld?

SUPER SMASH BROS DS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

...Or do Camelot own all the rights?

I'm not a real big fan of remakes, but I think there are a few exceptional games that people have missed out on that I'd like to see re-textured and possibly with WiFi support:

Castlevania 1-3 (NES, 3-in-1)
BlastCorps (SNES)
Dragon Warrior 1-4 (NES, 4-in-1)
Faxanadu (NES)
Uniracers (SNES)
Wizards and Warriors (NES, 3-in-1)

Hmm yeah...the PlayStationPORTable is getting too many awesome ports,,, playing through Final Fantasy now

I would love to see the NES Castlevanias and some other grat NES games like Wizards and Warriors. Super Metroid would kill as well haha.

Tetris with ALL of the classic Russian music, more options for hiding future pieces, reducing the number of future pieces, and disabling the new features. I know there's Tetris DS. It's almost perfect, but with the major flaws mentioned above. you hear me, Elorg?!

All these suggestions about games already playable or will be in time on emulators ...

Since we are dreaming here, I say some of the Interplay/Black Isle titles, such as the Fallout series.
