ROM Hack NDS OPERA BROWSER HACKED HELP PLZ

I have a R4 slot 1 and Supercard(mini SD) slot2..can i play the nds browser without any problems using those 2 flashcarts? if yes please teach me how..i need it badly..thankx

Yes, those carts will work (as long as it's not the rumble version of the SC Mini).
