The gpl in vba doesn't allow for special licenses if IRC.
It's not going to land him/her in trouble in all likelihood, but it's certainly something that would get him/her hated outside of forums like gbatemp.
What could get him/her in trouble is that s/he stole(?) instructions/code from the iPlayer team when they denied him/her access to it.

This is a plugin, all we need is darkchen or someone else to use the same method to build a plugin to load .nds files just like this does for .gba.
