I would say not in a million years but lets just say that is feasible.Can someone think of a way to extract components of nds files (sounds,music,images,code etc)??Discuss:

Unlike most other cartridge based systems DS roms use a file system of their own. Moreover nearly all roms use the DS sound system which makes hacks fairly simple (a very rare occurence in rom hacking). Many other files like text, graphics and level data also display their own (oft simple) file systems.

There are several tools to extract files namely ndstool
Consult my signature for usage but this is my prefered method of complete extraction.
