Will NDS emulation on the PSP ever come?
It would be pretty awesome, but I don't see how it's possible with no touch screen on the PSP. =\

I think you answered your own question when you said "I don't see how it's possible with no touch screen on the PSP."

In addition, consider how awkward the screen positioning would be - they'd have to be side by side if anything. It's definitely possible to get an NDS emulator to run on a PSP, but it wouldn't be worth using (the frame rate would be very bad, definitely not near fullspeed for many games).

3 things.

1: There are a few homebrew touchscreen projects.
2. Even without that there is no touchscreen on the PC either (for the most part)
3. There already is a port of desmume: http://gtamp.com/PSP/index.php it runs like a dog though (that first megadrive emulator on the DS was probably better if you can remember that).

If you get the right software and stuff and awkward button movements and screen angles it could maybe work if you could somehow plug a tablet into it. Then again it would be easier for you to stick with the option of just buying a DS lol

DS emulation on a PSP would be rather pointless, in my opinion. Even if, say, the analog stick controlled the cursor on the screen to touch, which button would "tap" the screen? And if it was possible, the cursor would move too slow for stylus-intensive games like Trauma Center.

Yep I own a PSP and NDS myself aswell.
Must say tho ever since I got my PSP I dint touch my NDS.
And I have it very well equiped (slot 1 and slot 2 flashcart).

Greetz, Vistabuser.
Lol, my PSP is getting dust. Crappy games, and most of the good ones are PORTS.

I'm using it again only because I'm playing EarthBound on SNES9xTYL

@OP
I don't believe it will ever reach fullspeed, and most of the touch-screen intensive games will be unplayable, so I guess this is a no.
