Hacking NDS Dumpers

Can anyone give a URL to a dumper that dumps a GBA game to a slot 1 device? (say which ones it works for, one that works with R4 would be nice)
Can anyone give a URL to a dumper that dumps DS games to a slot-2 device? (Stable, i'm not sure if ReinMoon is, because of that scary warning on top)
Does that dumper dump the .sav also?

Reinmoon or the templates for it rein/rain only rip saves, they unfortunately have no game dumping capabilities.

GBA to DS slot does not exist and DS slot to GBA card tends to require specific hardware (any devs with more skill than I, a DLDI supporting dumper would be very much appreciated), a link none the less to the main methods:

save dumping works equally as well, anyone with half a brain can find the dumps of the games they have littered all over the internet. After all, they are called backups. The part of the game that one would want to backup is the save part, which they did themselves, because what makes the game tick is the same for everyone. Thanks again FAST.
