NDS Development not installing from DevkitPro 3.03

Hey guys
Noob here!
I'm having troubling having the NDS Development installing from DevkitPro 3.03 exe installer.
Honestly just got into nds programing half way through December 2023.
So any guidence for installing nds and compling the hello world example would will be helpfull as well.
I'm using a acer window 11 laptop

What works/ installed fine:

devkitpro , devkitARM, devkitPPC

mys2s

other development ( gba-dev , gp32-dev, 3ds-dev, gamecube-dev, wii-dev, wiiu-dev, switch-dev)

their Libs including their examples .

Melonds .

Whats missing :

nds and libnds

It should be installed if you have selected NDS during the devkitPro GUI installation, or have chosen nds-dev with dkp-pacman.
