Hacking nds-card order confusion pls help

I ordered a dstt like 5 days ago, no email confirmation, no charge to my debit card, no response within 24 hours when I contacted them about it. It shows up on the "view my orders" page with a blank field under "order status". btw I paid extra for tracking...

wtf is going on? has anyone else had this problem with them? I thought they were considered to be the go-to site to buy flashcarts and even a direct partner of this forum... but this is rediculous, I can wait a month to get something shipped from china but I want to know that it's actually going to be sent.

pretty frustrating considering I once paid $3 for the exact same thing from a way sketchier site and actually got prompt order confirmation and a legit card out of it.

everything remained blank because my payments failed, which I didn't know until they replied to my email. my mistake was that I hadn't realized that you need to pay with mastercard at a specific time of day (early morning 5-9am cst) for debit/credit orders to work. It has now been purchased and shipped.
