nds-bootstrap:

Thanks to the work of ahezard, Gericom, Apache, Robz8, _catcatcat, and shutterbug2000 and other contributors, we can now load NDS games from the SD card, without any flashcard/SLOT-1 card.

Don't expect high compatibility, but do expect many, many updates.

Mario kart ds hacks don't work but hopefully later down the line they will.

latest commit (Master branch) Mystery Dungeon games boot again. (ofcourse Async still causing Guru meditation error crashes) and not as studdery/laggy (still some but not unplayable now) (saving now Works w/o a donor card in! (Blue Rescue team tested will test others now)(TWL Speeds were enabled Vram boost off, MKDS Donor rom set) (same with explorers of time/darkness and of Sky ) saving and load times is low and not that much lag. i'd say w/ the mystery dungeon games they'd be perfect when Async is working!

I boot TWLoader, press SELECT on MKDS (US) and tap on "set as donor ROM" then I boot Diamond (I repeat this everytime I retry)
All I get is white screen, I wait 2 minutes each try but it looks stuck
I have DSi Boot Screen ON, Health and Safety message ON, ARM9 speed NTR, VRAM boost ON, console output OFF (do I need to change any setting?)

It only takes 15-30 seconds for the game to show something. You don't need to keep setting donor ROM everytime you retry.
btw, VRAM boost isn't used if clock speed is NTR. And try setting console output to "On (with Debug)".

Well I finally took the plunge and set this up after lurking on it for awhile. I wish I knew before how easy it is to update. I was trying to avoid having to re-setup constantly but this was very easy.

How is everyone’s experience running Pokémon? I boot up fine but the game tends to freeze up for a second when walking and battles are very slow. I expected as much but was curious if anyone had better results with any specific settings.
