whenever i try to run this it says 3in1 expansion pack is not found can someone help me i got a ez flash 3 in 1

WiFi is definitely the easiest way, and it only takes around 3 seconds. If you insist on not using WiFi, the only other option you have is Rudolph's NDS Backup Tool Slot 2. You have to have a GBA flashcart to do this. Otherwise you're SOL.
