is there any easier way to install the driver ?
i have 32 bit system BTW

I'd recommend using Windows XP tbh.
Even though I don't really see why the driver shouldn't install properly under Windows 7.

it work on my old PC that using windows XP , but not on my laptop that using windows 7

It sounds like the driver may not be signed, which is a problem on Windows 7 (and Vista, for that matter. Presumably 8 too) and not on XP. One way to get around that is to reboot your computer and hold F8 when the Windows boot screen appears to access the boot menu and choose the option "Disable Driver Signature Enforcement", then allow computer to boot up. You might need to reinstall the driver, or it may now work without doing so. The downside is that you need to disable driver signature enforcement every time you want to use that device (it will work until you next shut down your computer, then you will have to re-do it during boot if you want to use the device again)
