I'm trying to rebuild some DLC with the files changed which changes the size which is what I'm guessing isn't letting me build a CIA file, took me awhile but I finally worked out the ROMFs Size in Media Units but I've no idea how to convert that into Hex and its driving me crazy.
The File I was looking at in the NCCH had 'F8 09 00 00' which when I run through CTRTool tells me the RomFS Size is '0x0013F000'
How do I go about working out that '0x0013F000' is 'F8 09 00 00'
