Hacking NBA 2k12 cant play on 3.55

ok so i just bought nba 2k12 and i try to play on my CFW 3.55 kmeaw and it keeps telling me i have to update to 3.70 in order to play!

So my question was how do i play w/0 updating? is there any methods??

Update to 4.10 and buy the disc
Or Buy the True Blue dongle and play it

i already bought the game, but just dont want to lose the backup functions or i would update it... and so the only way is to use the TB dongle? where can i buy it i cant find any sites that sell it
