Okay can someone give me the game id for this (EU).
I need to make sure if my game is EU or US because i can't use cheats.

EU games have an E as the third character of the Game ID (eg. ULES-01407 is an EU Game ID).

US games have a U as the third character of the Game ID (eg. ULUS-10518 is a US Game ID).

EDIT:

JP games have a J as the third character of the Game ID (eg. ULJS-00236 is a JP Game ID).

CN (Chinese/Asian?) games have a C as the third character of the Game ID (eg. ULAS-42080 is a CN (Chinese/Asian?) Game ID).

KR games has a K as the third character of the Game ID (eg. ULKS-46034 is a KR Game ID).

Damn it there are no cheats for the (E) version of NSUNH3.
After i got so far too.
Damn i hate it, the site i downloaded it from gave me wrong information.

edit: is there any way to port cheats?

The cheats in the GBAtemp PSP cheat database for the US version of the game don't work with your EU version? They worked with my EU ISO after changing the Game ID.
