Which game is the first if they are following a storyline of 1,2,3 etc.. If not, what game is the first? Can someone make a list of the EU or US ones please?

That's from IGN release date list on all Naruto games for the DS. Why Ninja Council 5 came out in US/EU before 4 makes me question there dates.
