ROM Hack NAND type Game , make great type Game

My ROM Pokemon Omega Ruby (U).3ds , have message like this ,This Is a NAND type Game when i burn with my diskwriter, and is automatically in EEPPROM column say's "NO" without modification like sky3dstool or other method, my question is :
1. Can anyone know how to make other 3ds Rom like that ? ,
2. or do you know what cause it ,
3. or where i can download ROM like that again because i don't know where last time i download it,
4. i want to uploud picture with detail about my question but i don't work
please concern my answer in 1,2,3, number 4 is out of question but i appreciate it if you answer it

1, there is a way to make any rom save on like pokemon (search the forum here on gbatemp)
2, Pokemon games and a few others saves or write to the rom, so when you backup your rom, you have your save with it.
3, Not allowed, no rom requests or sites
4, host your picture on a picturehosting site like imgdumper.nl

When I saw the title I honestly thought it was another spambot.

Pokemon, Animal Crossing and some others are Card2 games meaning they save directly on the ROM chip instead of on a separate save chip, that's why you're seeing this behavior.
I think basically what sky3dstool does is to convert games to card2.

well, thank's, I already mail it to sky3ds customer care though and they said they will invetigate it, but i think all of you can't answer my question ,well i don't mean any harm with my question, basically because method 10 break game in sky3ds so hard to understand and not working 100% in save game, so without that method i think i can find method 4 and i't's not break with risk like that, just well working with burn it like usual,
