Are you using a compatible SD card reader? Go to the n3ds Nand hard mod thread and there's a list of compatible readers for o3ds. Buy one of those, that's usually the issue.
If it's not that, then your wiring needs to be redone

Yep. The gnd wire can be linked to any metal frame.

No, I just remember a user a while ago reported that it didnt work as well as using other GND points. Cant remember his reason though

Does it work on Windows 10? I did exactly what u said, but on my Windows seems like the SD card was connected, unconnected, connected, unconnected.. What should i do?

Dont you think the Nand backup is corrupted? Ir this is corrupted what can i do? IS te only one i have

how bad of corruption? If you can still boot recvory mode then i'd update or i'm sorry but you'd need a motherboard swap since you can't put any nand on it to boot. Unless you have xorpads from that nand.. I know how to fix it.
