NAND Backup via USB

Is it possible to NAND backup with a usb-c cable plugged in between my switch and PC, having the backup directly stored to the PCs m.2/ssd storage drive? (local C Drive) My SD card is full, and it would be more convienent than deleting a ton of games to make room on the sd.
