Hacking N64 Virtual Console config folder contains cheats?

I was looking through the Super Mario 64/Mario Kart 64 files via FTPiiU and i saw a "config" folder.

I compared them both and they all inlcude files for every N64 VC Game on the eShop. Something interesting i found in some of them that they contain "cheats"

I dont know if someone found this before, anyway what do you think?

Those are just little emulator hacks for the sake of compatibility.
They're also coded to the Wii U's native addresses, not the emulated N64's virtual ones, so trying to install actual cheats this way would be a rather large and inefficient undertaking.

Ah, but i was just wondering if they could be used in JGecko U, guess not
