Then i believe i need to add it to atmopshere either titles or Content but not sure.

create a folder in atmosphere/titles folder and name it 010057D00ECE4000
make more folders until directory looks like this atmosphere/titles/010057D00ECE4000/romfs/titles/N-3038-j
place the N-3038-j.bin inside the N-3038-j folder

im not sure about the usa directory tho. Would we just take the J out of the titles of folder and rom? or replace it with a U

this is the usa n64 title ID 0100C9A00ECE6000

Might need a Tut on getting N64 Titles in there with CaVE Database Manager. Only has Instructions for NES and SNES

It is a Rom Hack, and it is Extended. Waiting to see how I can put the Hack in the SM64 NX Build
