So, I just setup my n3DS emunand, and I'm getting the unwrapping glitch. My NANDs are unlinked, so I'm confused why. I'm using Luma3DS for reference.

Are you positive they are unlinked, that is pretty much the only thing that causes it AFAIK

I am 100% sure, as I can install CIAs to Emunand and they will not install on Sysnand.
I can try formatting Sysnand again tomorrow, because I have to go to sleep :P

Did you set up your nnid when you set up your formmated sysnand

Mine never did that when they were linked

I would recommend you to just format your sysNAND using TinyFormat when you awake from sleep, it should be good after that

OK, I'm happy to report that after using TinyFormat to reset SysNAND again, the glitch is no longer happening!
It's quite odd, because I already did this too!
If the format counter on the NANDs match, then technically they are linked. This is sort of explained in Plailect's guide, as why we have to do two formats on our redNAND//emuNAND when preparing it for the 2.1 downgrade.
