Is there any one here(central USA) that does nand mods? I'd rather not do my own if I don't have to, because it has been a god awful long time since i've done something so small.

Heard only Positive Feedback from hundshamer´s Nand HW Mods and im giving some though about getting it too...but shipping costs to US is freaking pricy from Germany...

Is there any experienced HW Nand-Modder from Germany or EU available in this Forum?
Im looking for someone who can USB-Nand Mod my New 3DS XL...
