hey guys i was wondering if i enable dev mode 2 on my o3ds will it be able to run n3ds games as it will increase better load times am asking for fe warriors

No, you can't run n3DS games on o3DS, no matter what.
It has more CPU cores and more RAM and the games will expect those things to be there.
Plus, people have tried to run n3DS exclusive games locked to o3DS speeds through CFW on a n3DS, they run too slowly to be playable.

What is dev mode 2 though?

No. That's not how it works. To pay n3ds games you need a n3ds. No way around it. They rely on enhanced hardware that doesn't exist in the o3ds. There is no way to just enable a special mode to play the games

What is this Dev Mode 2 you speak of?
The regular 96MB memory mode used by SSB4 and other games on O3DS, if you use Config with the unitinfo patch you can manually select a memory layout at boot (but applications will be able to override it anyway)
