I think my emunand is bricked , i logged to miiverse then pressed home and my 3ds froze

So I force shutdown and turn it on again, sysnand is OK, HBC is OK
But when i log to emunand, in less than second it freeze, I see the home menu, but it's darker and can't do anything

Maybe a certain theme did they? I doubt it
But every time i boot emunand i see the shovel knight theme which i installed using chmm with other themes.

Is there a way to remove the theme from PC?

    Also, what better solution?
    1- format emunand?
2- restore emunand from 1 week backup ( will i lose my save games? )

    Hell
make a backup of your current emunand (even though its corrupted, there might be a chance to save it) then inject the old emunand. I have had a similar issue when playing with system cias on emunand (screwed up part of the region conversion, so i dont have a fc :( ) You shouldn't lose your saves though unless you delete the Nintendo 3ds folder afaik.

In your emuNAND's extdata folder, 00000000/00000008f is where the Home Menu Management info is stored. If you delete that, it should remove the theme so you can see, although I have no idea what's happening here. I'd check on 3Dbrew just in case your region isn't US, as I remember reading somewhere that it's different depending on the region.

1.2 gb is normal for n3ds, try what Kyouken said and see if that works if the restoring an older emunand failed.
