New 3DS CPU: Exclusive to New 3DS consoles.
This allows you to configure the processor the same way NTR CFW does:
  • Off disables the patch.
  • Clock enables New 3DS clock speed for all games.
  • L2 adds extra cache to the CPU (Don't use this if your device crashes).
  • Clock+L2 enables the N3DS clock speed and adds extra cache to the CPU. (Pick Clock if your device crashes).
I have FPS drops in game such as Pokemon SunMoon. Mh4U.
I have new 3ds XL, which one from this settings i should go?
I want to have stock New 3ds XL CPU

FPS drops is not critical, but i see them. Would be great to solve that problem.
For now i have Clock+L2 as the guide says

Nice, one more question. I don't realy understand profit on this feature. Why ever i would want to use this feafure? Reason?
All my games has good FPS before this option, but after turning this on i have fps drops SUn Moon MH4U

Don't bump posts that are like ten minutes old and second did you read my reply.
That setting helps games that DON'T run at l2 and clock (sun/moon and monster hunter do)
Sorry, but what's mean help? I played games like Super Mario 3d Land and i didn't feel need to use this feature.

Thanks, but there is no answer on my question.
Use L2+Clock if you want to boost O3DS games that dont use the extra's on the N3DS, games like monster hunter among others DO USE that feature so you cna turn it off if you are playing that, but games like pokemon that are heavy games designed for also O3DS, can use the feature by luma, also, rayman legends, and metal gear solid among many others.

some titles are running under Clock tweak + L2 to get better performance. (enable as default, like new3ds homemenu).

old version luma has an issue when enable new3ds tweak (it reverts default enable back to disable...) newer version doesn't have this issue.

for some games, even with clock + L2, you still see the lag during the game play. (SuMo royale...)

Alright, i think i getting it. If i wanna play old games with higher perfomance i use clock+l2, if i playing new pretty new games i turn it off. Am a right?
And if i can accept old games perfomance i can keep it off anytime.
