Hacking [n3DS] CakesFW vs rxTools?

What does CakesFW have that rxTools doesn't? By any chance, does CakesFW have region spoofing and bypass cartridge updates like NTR?

cakes doesnt have region spoofing
rxtools has everything cakes has and region spoofing gba/dsiware support (depending on what version you get)

Dunno about last one never had it though on N3DS latest Emunand version is 9.5 and O3DS is 10.3 so you wouldnt get it for most part
