Hardware N2 élite question

Hello, I get an N2élite and I want to use it on splatoon 2
I inject the amiibo and when I put the n2elite on the switch I must choose the owner
I do what is needed
The owner is said registered

Now I put my n2elite again and the game tell a twice time To choose the owner
Why ?

I can set an owner but only with wiiu/3ds, why not with switch ?
