Hacking N-Switch issue

I havent updated it, but my account is being marked with a grey question mark box and i keep getting a message when i select my account, "the nintendo account end-user license agreement and privacy policy have been updated" forcing me to update it, and also when i inject my payload to boot to hekate it wont turn on. I dont know what is the issue if i havent updated anything. I dont know what to do

Try updating Hekate/Atmosphere and the payload you inject.

If this is a unpatched Switch, you can always boot with Hekate into the CFW because it supports firmware v20.1.0

Ok i replaced everything to the new update but is still not booting, do i also have to update my console when i select my account, to this to work? it is an unpatched 2017
